Circular Foam Cutting Machine

This circular foam cutting machine equipped with a rotating circular table on which foam blocks are placed. The blade automatically adjusts its height as preset after each round of cutting and the cut pieces remain stacked for manual removal when the cutting is completed. Can easily cut pu foam thickness up than 2mm. A D.C. motor with smooth start and soft braking drives the table.As customers requirement, we also can design with a Vacuum System available in the cutting area, prevents the movement of blocks during cutting.
Circular foam cutting machines are made to handle a high volume of production units, the turning speed of the table is 3.5rpm(Adjustable). The cutting is executed by an endless band saw blade running on four dynamically balanced wheels results in a smooth and finished cut.
